A client is only able to reschedule their appointment if it is within your Cancellation Timeframe. For example: If your Cancellation Policy is set to 24 hours, then they can only reschedule up to 24 hours prior to their appointment start time.
We suggest letting your clients know that instead of cancelling their appointment, when they/staff RESCHEDULE their appointment, the deposit will automatically transfer with the new day/time on the appointment.
Cojilio does not automate or process refunds. However, if a client already paid a deposit or full payment, you can apply the pre-payment to the appointment rescheduled.
