Deposits are collected when customers book an appointment for a service that has a deposit or full payment required.
However, if you are booking the appointment on behalf of the client, you can charge a client's Card on File for a deposit or full payment directly from their Appointment Details in the Online Calendar.
The charged deposit will display in:

- The price breakdown section in the Paid section
- The Activity list
- The Cojilio Sales Report
It is not currently possible to prompt a client to pay the deposit through Email/SMS.
