You have the ability to create Appointment Notes (which is for information relevant to a specific appointment) or Client Notes (which is for information relevant to all of a clients appointments, that staff can reference at any time)

Additionally, Cojilio has Staff Forms - These are Forms that Staff can fill out which can be 1) visible to a client or 2) visible to staff only. You can utilize Staff Forms to include any important information, or any notes based on the clients Form responses!

These can be created in your Online Portal (online.cojilio.com) > Forms. In the Form Rules, set the Form as a "Staff Form"

However, the functionality of "Chart Notes" is not the system at this time.
