Edit/Remove a Recurring Blocked Slot series

How to edit a blocked slot series

Login to your Online Calendar

• Click on the blocked slot series you wish to edit
  • Click Edit

• Edit the start or end date for this blocked slot
  • Example: from May 27th to May 29th to May 27th to May 20th
• Edit the start and end time 
  • Example: 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM
• Edit what day you want this blocked slot to recur on
  • Example: Every Thursday
• Edit your description
  • Example: "Lunch time."

• Click Block Availability to save your edited blocked slot series
  • The recurring blocked slot series will now appear in your Online Calendar in Week View and Day View.

Key details about Blocked Slots:

Clients will not be able to book with you during this blocked slot unless it is deleted.

You will be able to book an appointment over a blocked slot by using "Override Booking"

How to remove a recurring blocked slot series

• Click on the blocked slot series you wish to unblock
  • Click Unblock this slot only to remove this blocked slot only
  • Click Unblock this entire series to remove the entire blocked slot series

To unblock one slot only:

• Click "Unblock this slot only"
  • Click Confirm

To unblock the entire series:

• Click "Unblock this entire series"
  • Click Confirm
