How do I get rid of cancelled appointments in the Online Calendar?

All cancelled appointments will display as red in the Calendar. This ensures all relevant staff members have had the opportunity to view the cancelled appointment.

How to: Hide cancelled / no-showed appointments

Login to your Online Calendar

• In Month View, you will be able to see any cancelled appointments for that month
• Click the  icon to hide your cancelled appointments
  • Your cancelled appointments will no longer display

Week View

• In Week View, you will be able to see any cancelled appointments for that week
• Click the  icon to hide your cancelled appointments
  • Your cancelled appointments will no longer display

Day View

• In Day View, you will be able to see any cancelled appointments for that day
• Click the  icon to hide your cancelled appointments
  • Your cancelled appointments will no longer display
