NEW! Block a slot in the Online Calendar

This new feature release allows you to create blocked slots and recurring blocked slots directly in the Online Calendar!

Blocked Slot: Quickly block a slot so clients cannot book with you during that time. Add an optional description for full visibility of why the slot was blocked (because even the best of us forget sometimes!)

Recurring Blocked Slot: Need to block a recurring slot, for example every Friday from 1-2 PM? Well now you can! Select "Recurring Blocked Slot" to repeat the blocked slot for as long as you need.

How to: Create a Blocked Slot in the Online Calendar

Login to your Online Calendar

• Click on the time you wish to block the slot for
  • Click "Block Availability" to create a blocked slot or recurring blocked slot

• Choose the starting time and end time
  • Example: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM 
  • Optional: Enter a description for the blocked slot 

•  Click Block Availability to save & create the blocked slot
  • The blocked slot will now appear in your Online Calendar in Week View and Day View

Key Details about Blocked Slots:

• Clients will not be able to book with you during this blocked slot unless it is deleted.
• You will be able to book an appointment over a blocked slot by using "Override Booking"

Recurring Blocked Slot: Need to block a recurring slot, for example every Friday from 1-2 PM? Well now you can! Select "Recurring Blocked Slot" to repeat the blocked slot for as long as you need.

Login to your Online Calendar

• Click on the time you wish to block the slot for
  • Click "Block Availability" to create a blocked slot or recurring blocked slot
  • Select the radio button for Recurring Blocked Slot

• Select the start and end date for this blocked slot
  • Example: May 24th to June 15th
• Choose the start and end time 
  • Example: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
• Choose what day you want this blocked slot to recur on
  • Example: Every Monday
• Optional: Enter your description
  • Example: "Meeting days"

•  Click Block Availability to save & create the recurring blocked slot
  • The blocked slot will now appear in your Online Calendar in Week View and Day View
