Once an appointment has been completed, clients will be prompted to leave a Review & Tip.
- Clients will receive an email "How was your visit?" with links to leave a Cojilio review in your Online Booking & in your Booking App.
- Click to leave a Review & Tip in the Online Booking.
- Select the appointment you wish to leave a Review & Tip.
Booking App Push Notification
- They will also receive a push notification from the Booking App.
- After leaving their Review & Tip, it will display in the client's activity list.
- In the Cojilio Business App, click the menu icon in the top left corner > "Reviews" to see all reviews submitting by clients.
- You will also be able to see client reviews within the Appointment Details in your Online Calendar.
Online Booking
- Clients will be able to Review & Tip anytime after an appointment has been completed in your Online Booking
- Click View Account > click Review & Tip
