Appointments can be completed in your Online Calendar, Cojilio Business App or Cojilio Terminal App (on your Clover Terminal)
Complete Appointment in the Online Calendar:
- Click on the appointment you wish to complete
- Mark the appointment as Complete
Complete Multiple Appointments in the Online Calendar:
To checkout multiple appointments at once:
- Click on the Appointment
- Click Checkout
- All open appointments will display in the clients cart:
4. To Complete Multiple appointments, check-off each appointment you wish to complete:
Complete appointments in the Cojilio Business App
- Click on the Appointment you wish to complete
- Click Complete
The following will not occur until the appointment has been marked as complete:
- Clients do not receive their loyalty points
- Spend $ Habits are not added to a clients' profile
- Clients are not able to review and tip
- Revenue $ and Service Metrics are not added to your portal dashboard
