This could be because the user was imported during your Client Import. The system will not allow you to use that email for a new Bookable Calendar Account.
Login to your Cojilio Online Portal
- Click Customers in the side menu
- Click on the client you wish to delete
- Delete the client
- Click Staff in the side menu
- In the Bookable Calendar section, click Add User > Create Staff
- The staff will automatically have a client login
