Login to your Online Portal
- Click Settings in the side Menu > Click Company
- In the SMS Notifications section, you can control which text reminders will send to your clients.

- Appointment Confirmation texts will send a text reminder to your clients 24 hours before their appointment. Clients will be able to confirm their appointment by responding to this text
- Client Arrival Self Check-In texts will send a text to your clients 30 minutes before their appointment begins. Clients will be able to respond that they have arrived, and will appear in your Client Lobby
You do not have to have both text reminders turned on - you can turn off both, or turn off the 30 minute arrival text.
Both ON:
Your clients will receive a 24HR reminder text and a 30 minute arrival text before every appointment, and be added to your Client Lobby:
- 24HR Appointment Confirmation — ON
- 30 Min Client Arrival Self Check-in — ON
24HR ON + 30 minute Arrival OFF (No Lobby)
Your client will only receive a 24HR reminder text the day before their appointment. Clients will not be added to your Client Lobby
- 24HR Appointment Confirmation — ON
- 30 Min Client Arrival Self Check-in — OFF
Both OFF
Your client will not receive any SMS appointment reminders prior to their appointment, but they will still receive appointment confirmations through email if they have an email address on file, and appointment reminder push notifications from the Cojilio Booking App.

24HR OFF and 30 Minute ON is not an available option.
