Client Check-In: Online Calendar
Login to your Online Calendar
If a client has confirmed their appointment (by responding to the 24-Hour Appointment Confirmation SMS), their appointment status will display as confirmed & their appointment will be green
Once the client has arrived for their appointment (by responding to the 30 Min Arrival SMS), they will appear in the Client Lobby
- Click on Client Lobby located above the Staff icons to view all arrived clients
- The Client Lobby will display clients who responded "1" to the Arrival SMS to notify you that they have arrived for their appointment
- These clients are either waiting outside, waiting in the lobby, or waiting at your door
- If the client did not respond to the 30 Min Arrival SMS, they will not appear in the Client Lobby
- To check a client in manually, select the appointment and click Check-in
Client Check-In: Business App
Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)
- On the Business App Homepage, the Client Lobby will display
- The Client Lobby in the Business App is View Mode ONLY
- To Check-In a client for their appointment in the Business App, click on the appointment
- The Appointment Details will appear > Select Check-in
