Appointment Status: Confirmed/Not Confirmed
Login to your Online Calendar
For appointments tomorrow (or within the next 24 hours), they will either be green (client confirmed the appointment) or yellow (client has not confirmed)
How to: Confirm Appointment (Client)
- The Client will receive a 24-Hour Confirmation SMS
- If they do not confirm, the appointment status will display as Not Confirmed
- Once the client confirms the appointment by responding 1, the Appointment Status changes to "Confirmed"

- The appointment block will display as green
Appointment Status: Arrived/Not Arrived & the Client Lobby
The client will receive a 30-Minute Arrival SMS 30 minutes before their appointment start time
- If the client does not respond, the appointment status will display "Not arrived yet"
- Once the client confirms their arrival by responding 1, the Appointment Status changes to "Arrived":
- After confirming their arrival, the client will appear in the Client Lobby
- The Client Lobby is located above the Staff icons
- Click on the Client Lobby to view all clients who have confirmed their arrival
- To check-in the client once they have been greeted, click Check-In in the Client Lobby
Client Check-In: Business App
Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS) / Cojilio Business App (Android)
- On the Business App Homepage, the Client Lobby will display
- The Client Lobby in the Business App is View Mode ONLY
- To Check-In a client for their appointment in the Business App, click on the appointment
- The Appointment Details will appear > Select Check-in
- In the Business App, when the Appointment Status displays:
- Not Confirmed: This means the client has not responded to the 24-Hour Confirmation SMS or 30-Minute Arrival SMS
- Arrived: This means the client has responded to the 24-Hour Confirmation SMS and 30-Minute Arrival SMS
- Checked-in: This means the client has responded to the 24-Hour Confirmation SMS, 30-Minute Arrival SMS and you (Admin/Staff) have checked-in this client via Online Calendar
