Confirmation SMS
- Prior to your client's appointment, they will receive a Confirmation SMS
- The Appointment Status in the appointment details will display as "Not Confirmed"
Once the client confirms the appointment by responding with "1", the Appointment Status will change to "Confirmed"

- To CONFIRM the appointment, the client responds with "1"
- To CANCEL the appointment, the client responds with "9"
- A client will only have the option to cancel their appointment if the service they are booking has a cancellation policy with NO credit card required.
Note: If a client responded 9 to theConfirmation SMS, they will not receive the 30-Minute SMS
30-Minute Arrival SMS
- 30 minutes prior to your client's appointment, they will receive a 30-Minute Arrival SMS
- The Appointment Status in the appointment details will display as "Confirmed - Not arrived yet"
- Once the client confirms their arrival by responding with "1", the Appointment Status will change to "Arrived"
- To CONFIRM their arrival, the client responds with "1"
