24-Hour Confirmation SMS
- 24 hours prior to your client's appointment, they will receive a 24-Hour Confirmation SMS
- The Appointment Status in the appointment details will remain as "Not Confirmed"
Once the client confirms the appointment by sending "1", the Appointment Status changes to "Confirmed"

- To CONFIRM the appointment, the client responds 1
- To CANCEL the appointment, the client responds 9
Note: If a client responded 9 to the 24-Hour Confirmation SMS, they will not receive the 30-Minute SMS
30-Minute Arrival SMS
- 30 minutes prior to your client's appointment, they will receive a 30-Minute Arrival SMS
- The Appointment Status in the appointment details will remain as "Confirmed - Not arrived yet"
- Once the client confirms their arrival by responding 1, the Appointment Status changes to "Arrived
- To CONFIRM their arrival, the client responds 1
