Login to your Online Calendar
- Click the appointment of the client who you wish to add an External Payment method to
- Click Checkout
- For a new checkout (walk-in client or a client that does not have appointments) click on New Checkout at the bottom right of your Calendar
Close Cart Payment: Options
- Close a cart by:
- Entering how the client paid in the External Payment section
- Charging the balance to the Card on File (Clover & Stripe customers only)
- Send the cart to your Clover Terminal for the client to pay
How to: Close a cart through Clover, Stripe, or PayPal
Clover Connected:
For Clover Connected accounts, you have 2 options:
- Send to Terminal: Sends the cart to the Cojilio Terminal App for your client to pay (cart & appointments will be automatically closed in Cojilio once closed in your Clover Terminal)
- Charge Card on File: Charges the balance to a clients' Card on File
Stripe Connected
- External Payment: Select whether the client has paid Cash, Debit, Visa, etc. in the External Payment section > Click Close to the close the cart (once balance = $0)
- Charge Card on File: Charges the balance to a clients' Card on File
PayPal Connected
- External Payment: Select whether the client has paid Cash, Debit, Visa, etc. in the External Payment section > Click Close to the close the cart (once balance = $0)
- To charge client cards on file, upgrade your payment connection to Clover or Stripe
