How to: Reschedule an Appointment in the Android Business App

Login to the Cojilio Business App (Android) 

• On your Home Screen, click an Appointment Row to reschedule an appointment scheduled Today

• On your Calendar Screen, click an Appointment Row to reschedule an appointment scheduled Any Day

• In the Appointment Details Screen, click Reschedule

• Select the new Date & Time
  • Click Done (top right corner)
• Click Yes to the "Are you sure?" popup

• The client is sent a push notification for approval of the Rescheduled Appointment

 

How to: Edit an Appointment in the Android Business App

Login to the Cojilio Business App (Android) 

• On your Home Screen, click an Appointment Row to edit an appointment scheduled Today

• On your Calendar Screen, click an Appointment Row to edit an appointment scheduled Any Day

• In the Appointment Details Screen, click Edit

• Edit allows you to:
  • Change Price
  • Change Date & Time
  • Change Service
  • Change Add-Ons
• Make your changes, then click Update

• Click Yes to the "Are you sure?" popup

• The client is notified by push notification and e-mail and will see the edited price on their Appointment Details screen

 

How to: Block a Slot in the Android Business App

Login to the Cojilio Business App (Android) 

• Click the icon in the bottom menu
  • Select a time slot

• Click Block Availability to create a blocked slot

• • Select the date
  • Select the time
  • Add a description
• Click Block Availability

• Click Confirm

• The Blocked Slot will now display in the Calendar

  • Example: Dentist appointment with Dr. Bastone

 

How to: View Appointment Activity List in the Android Business App

Login to the Cojilio Business App (Android) 

• Click the top left Menu Icon

• Click Activity

• The Activity List will display all Client Activity
  • New Appointments
  • Reschedules
  • Cancelled Appointments
  • Deposits / Payments Made
  • Tips
