Does Cojilio have time clock management?

The clock-in/clock-out functionality is included in Clover - On the Clover Terminal, employees can clock-in/clock-out through the App "Homebase." All Clover accounts include Homebase!

Cojilio Payroll Reports include time booked (booked in actual appointments) and time on the schedule, but if a staff is on Cojilio schedule to start at 9am and they clock in at 9:16am, Cojilio will only report the 9am.

Accountants should utilize the Cojilio Payroll Reports for commissions/sales/time booked/time scheduled and then cross-reference the hours in Clover as the finale.

Cojilio Reporting Example: Jane Smith scheduled for 120 hours Oct 2022, Booked for 105.7 hours Clover Time Clock shows 118.5 hours clocked in

• Accounting would take the 118.5 over the 120 in Cojilio, but the 105.7 is huge for tracking staff capacity.
