1) Add a Card on File through Client Profile
Login to the Online Calendar
- Search for the client who you wish to add a Card on File for
- Click on their name to be redirected to their Client Profile
- If a client has a Card on File, the Client Profile will display a Card Icon with a checkmark
- In their Client Profile, select the "Account" tab
- In the Account tab, you can:
- View a clients Card(s) on File
- Add a Card on File
- Click + Add Card to add a Card on File
- Fill out:
- The card number
- The expiration date
- The CVV
- The Zip or Postal Code
- Click Add Card
- A success message will appear once the card has been successfully added
Note: A valid email on file is required to add a Card on File.
2) Add a Card on File through Checkout
Login to the Online Calendar
- Click on the appointment of the client who you wish to add a Card on File for
- Click Checkout at the bottom of the Appointment Details screen
- Under the Balance Due section, if a client has a Card on File it will display there
- Click the + Add Card to add a Card on File
- Fill out:
- The card number
- The expiration date
- The CVV
- The Zip or Postal Code
- Click Add Card
- The new Card on File will display
3) Add a Card on File through the Business App
Login to the Cojilio Business App (iOS)
- Click the icon in the bottom menu
- Search for the client who you wish to add a Card on File for
- Click the 3 dot icon to view the clients Payment section
- In the Payment section, you can:
- View a clients Card(s) on File
- Add a Card on File
- Click the + Add Card to add a Card on File
- Fill out:
- The card number
- The expiration date
- The CVV
- The Zip or Postal Code
- Click Add Card
- The new Card on File will display
