When a client books a service that has an In-App Consultation that is required or optional, they will receive a pop-up that a digital consultation is required or optional:
- When they proceed with the In-App Consultation, they can select the service provider they wish to have the In-App Consultation with:
- They will be required to upload the amount of photos required for the In-App Consultation and their message to the service provider:
- Once they have submitted their photos and message, the assigned service provider will receive a Push Notification from the Business App:
- In the Cojilio Business App, the In-App Consultation that the client submitted will display in the Chat section under "Consultations":
- The assigned service provider will be able to view the photos submitted and the chat the customer sent:
- When the In-App Consultation has been approved, the client will receive a Push Notification from the Cojilio Booking App that their In-App Consultation has been approved and that they qualify to book the appointment:
- On the Cojilio Booking App Homescreen, the approved In-App Consultation will display:
- When clicked on, the client is able to book from the In-App Consultation screen:
